Obituary of Susan A Fortino

Susan A. Fortino passed away on August 22, 2019. She was born in Steelton, PA on February 9, 1936. She is survived by her children, Charles A. Fortino, Catherine A. Yount, Patricia M. Stewart, Frank Fortino, Jr.,  Susan R. Fortino and Lawrence G. Fortino She is also survived by 2 sisters, Alberta Janney and Carol Pettrow along with 8 grandchildren and 9 great-granchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Frank Fortino, Sr. and parents Albert and Josephine Tarasi.  Susan grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and raised her family in Camp Hill.  She was very active with the West Shore Players as well as Trinity High School Athletic Boosters.  She moved to Florida with her husband in 1981 and worked for Hunter blood Center.  Her and her late husband volunteered many hours with Hospice.  She was also a Eucharistic Minister at St. Michael’s Catholic Church.  She was loved and admired by everyone for all her baked goods and loving spirit.
