Richard Blaydes passed away on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022 with his wife and son by his side.
He was born on April 13th, 1949 in Indianapolis, IN to Richard and Jackie Blaydes.
He worked at Lily's Pharmaceuticals and then 17 years at Beacon Woods Golf Course. He was an avid golfer and golfed as much as he could. He also enjoyed boating with his friends.
He is survived by his wife Linda, son Scott Blaydes (Bambi) of Texas, a sister Jill (Jeff) Cornelius of Indianapolis, IN, and sister Sue (Tom) Phillipe of Wyoming. He also leaves behind a granddaughter Haylee Whitner, a nephew Josh and niece Charity along with her 2 children. He was predeceased by his first wife Terry.
A visitation will be held at Prevatt Funeral Home Sunday, September 25th from 4 to 7 PM.
